when u untilt, u hear that click? obviously something is there to keep it nice and stiff so it doesn't wobble... they dont have that mechanism when u tilt it fully...

yours is probably just like everyone elses... i wouldn't worry about it. now if ur watching a movie while its just sitting on the table and it just falls back down... then yeah, that's a problem

Flat (untilted) is a definite position, so it gets a clickstop. In the flat position the screen is also supported by the top portion of the keyboard half of the phone, which makes it more solid.

The wobble at other tilt angles is the result of the "infinite tilt angles" design. The alternatives would be fixed tilt positions (more click stops) or making the hinge so tight that it would be a pain to adjust it. I think they made the right design choice.
