Error Notifcation popup: Cannot connect to network

My phone has done this before, and I don't know what I did to make it start or end. And now its doing it again. While my phone is in sleep mode, when I hit the power button there is a error notification that says it cannot connect to network. Check connection settings, yada yada... #777. This has to be the data connection, but I don't know why I'm getting it. My signal is good, and I have it set where it can roam if needed. If I'm using my phone and it has to switch from 1X to EV, I don't get this. It seems like it only happens when the phone is alseep. I'm with sprint.

THe only this I can remotely think of is that I put the phone from global to CDMA the other day because I was getting a weak EV signal and while a set it to roam only, I went ahead and put it from global to cdma. So right now, I have it back to global and Automatic EV/Roam.
