Well, SUCCESS!!!

After deleting and re- pairing the phone with the headset about 5 or 6 times, it's all finally working as it should!! Yeahhh, I don't know why it would take so much to get it working like it's supposed to.

It's like having an argument with a very stubborn person, no matter how much you insist what you say is a fact, they just won't accept it.

"You can do it, I swear. It says so in your manual!"
