Yea... I did that on my TP1 but have been afraid to give it try with GT2L tweaks cause I read there was conflicts. I guess I will have to try it out cause I love Pandora. I guess if I just use it for the 1 setting change it might be ok. Thanks.

Whatever Advanced Config is doing can't be that hard to do on our own, can it?
Isn't it just editing some registry value somewhere?

We can probably just set it manually or make a pandora cab that does all this for you.
I've had some bad experiences with advanced config touching things I didn't want modified, so I refuse to install it for something as simple as a Pandora Fix...

I totally agree with you. But everything i have read always leads to advanced configuration tool. I would love it if it was just a registry edit I could do on my own.

i too get this error Debug Assertion Failed

Program: \Program

Files\Pandora\Pandora.exe

File: C:\Program

Files\Microsoft\Visual Studio 8\VC\ce\include\vector

Line: 757

Expression: ("Standard C++ Libraries Out of Range", 0)

(Press Retry to debug the Application

cept mine says line 756 on tp2. it was working fine then did registry fix and worked better. later tried opening again and keep on getting same error even after deinstallation. ugh its frustrating.

I read on another thread that Advance Config and Sprint won't work well together?

Any truth to that?

I been using it with no issues so far, Pandora works great too.

Did you discover what is causing this? I am also getting this error after listening to Pandora at least 50 times on my TP2. This is driving me insane trying to fix it!

I was getting an error like this back when I had the TP and I had to open Windows Media Player abd uncheck repeat and shuffle...
IDK if that will work with the TP2 but I assume its worth a try....

Wow Thanks so much for the advice! Unchecking repeat and shuffle definitely worked. I was lost without Pandora! Thanks again for the advice!

Some of the settings like shut off data in X number of seconds etc where designed for GSM phones & will mess up a CDMA phone so you can't answer an incoming call. You can fix this with a simple regedit.

I was very hesitant to install AC myself, but I could not get Pandora to play a song to the end so I finally decided to try it again (I used to use it in my TouchPro's). AC fixed the problem & caused no other problems at all, but all I did was change the network setting for Pandora & left everything else alone.

One thing you definitely do not want to do is hit the load setup defaults (or something like that) is AC. That will definitely cause problems.

I agree with other posters that we should be able to do a regedit or something to get Pandora working without installing AC, but I have never been able to figure out exactly how to do it.

If anybody does know how to do this, please post the fix.......
