If you are only interested in backing up contact numbers, avoid all software and just back up to SIM card. Using CDMA for so long I forgot I could do this..lol.

However, it is good to have multiple backups in case your contacts get deleted, which I have had happen when changing activesync settings not thinking it would delete my contacts rather than copy them to the other source.

That I have, only thing is, sometimes I forget to uncheck "Restore Contacts"
