personally this looks like a bad design. unless there is a nice tight fit on the back, all the force when docked will be placed on the usb connection...i'll pass on this one. i am really considering modding the expansys dock. with a nice fine file and some patience you can mod plastic pretty clean like. hopefully they will come out with a dedicated cdma one before i get around to modding one

Hopefully this isn't a re-post... but CDMA TP2 cradles are finally showing up on ebay.

i'd be careful with hong kong ebay stores, especially with an item that has yet to become widespread. the pics they have don't appear to show the usb offset, still looks like gsm and the phone pictured is gsm as well, hopefully they were just too lazy to change the pic. but let us know if it works!

I've been following ebay since the phone was released for a cradle, this is a recent addition/the first one I've found that specifically states that it's "Cradle for Sprint / Verizon Touch Pro 2, with the charging usb plug off to the side a little".

Someone has to be the early adopter... it's 20 bucks via paypal. If it doesn't fit the phone like they state it will in the auction, than I tell them to ship me a new one or refund my money. Either way, it's only 20 bucks and I've actually had nothing but good experience with HK ebay sellers. Trick is to set your expectations as high as the prices. (don't expect perfection when paying 1/10th the price)

I'm guessing the doc will arrive sometime the week... I'll post pictures when it arrives.

One general thought to keep in mind...

Notice how many of these cradles are less than $25 on eBay? Pay-Pal will not process a dispute claim below $25. It's a stated policy if you call and ask. I found that out the hard way! I would wait for pictures from the seller to verify the correct connections for the CDMA version.

i found this on ebay and they say they are us seller from texas i have sent a request to find out how soon they will be having one for the sprint verizon as soon as i hear back i will post. the other nice thing is the audio video out on the back good for streming video i really like.

Now this one looks top of the line and worth 20 or 30 dollars and yes ive bought from hong kong and two months later still fighting for money so screw with messing with those jack legs.

Just got a response back from this company and they stated that the sprint version will be out in thirty days they had a ship date of Dec 1 but they said they had some qualty control issue so had to put off another 10 days and sent them a ship date yesterday for thirty days. so guess we just keep looking but if any one finds a nice one like this please post.

I found that one last week and was disappointed that it was for GSM only. Glad to hear I can get one sometime soon.
