How many times your TP2's been mistaken for a Iphone?

Mine was mistaken for the iPhone Monday. I went with my friend to the AT&T store (iPhone user) so while I am there a lady asked the sales rep if I had an iPhone, and the guy said yes. I got offended, so I turned to them saying "hell no this aint no iPhone!!, can a iPhone do this?" and I took the back cover off, pulled the battery, slid the keyboard out, and tilted the screen. Then she turns to the guy saying: "So where is THAT phone?"

EDIT: Then again, my phone has insurance so by default, it CANT be an iPhone!!

^ I'd reply scathingly to that but a) I try not to feed the trolls, and b) I've already been cautioned once for ripping on fanbois. Plus, trying to arguing the fine points of a far superior operating system to an Apple freak is like trying to teach a monkey to read.

No one has mistaken for iPhone, but someone mistook it for a Side Kick of all things haha cuz I had the key pad out. Guess it looks the side kick when u swivel the screen.

Funny... I went into two VZW stores looking for TP2 accessories kind of half-knowing they didn't have any TP2's or accessories in the store. What can I say? I was bored.

You're right there..... can't reason with fanbois. If they weren't whack-job Apple fanatics, they would actually be able to comprehend why WinMo is so much better....

Hey I have a poops-n-giggles idea. Next time someone goes "WOW what on earth is that?!?!" at your TP2, pull them aside & with a straight face tell them you're from the future(or from another galaxy), then swear them to secrecy. Then watch the WTF looks on their faces

I had a dream like that once, I got sent back to the early 80's & the only proof I had that I was from the future was my Treo 650, lol... God even my dreams are nerdy :/

Mine was never mistaken for an iPhone cause whenever I pull it out and I see someone stare at it I have a paranoid habit in thinking people are thinking its an iphone so I pull out the keyboard and tilt it before they can even say a word even though I don't even need it tilted >.>

yes my phone has. I just simply tell them its all about cab files no app store needed. ha ha
