Re: How many times your TP2's been mistaken for a Iphone?
YES! We dont sell the TP2 in corporate Sprint stores right now so when I whip out my phone I have had people assume I have an Iphone. Now why the hell would I have one working in a Sprint store?

I guess the best thing apple does for the Iphone is that they advertise it well.

Re: How many times your TP2's been mistaken for a Iphone?
Happened to me for the first time yesterday (considering how I've only had the phone for 4 days that's pretty fast). I was waiting for the elavator to go to my criminal law class and a few kids saw my using it and asked "That a new Iphone?". "F*ck no, it's a windows mobile phone", you could tell they'd never heard of winmo before. Then they asked where I got it and I said I had to special order since it's not in stores yet, which was really over their heads.
I think despite the fact 90% of people don't know much if anything about winmo phones, when they see something like our TP2's they can tell it's something uncommon and pretty sick. I haven't seen one other TP2 on my campus, but my school is small and not a technology oriented college at all.

Re: How many times your TP2's been mistaken for a Iphone?
Mine's been insulted, I mean mistaken a few times, especially when I have the headphones plugged in or if I'm using the onscreen keyboard. I actually look forward to explaining that no, it's not an iPhone, it's something way better
It does look like one from a distance though, I have to admit. About the same size & shape.
