I installed this but still running at 70-71%. Went down slightly after the update to around 68% but at the end of the day, it starts to increment back up to the mid 70-71%. I wonder what I have running. If I start using the phone, I actually hit about 90%.

I turned off weather, turned off Opera, and turned off various stuff I can find, but to no success.
