easy way I save contacts is the PIM file in your device (file explorer) go to file explorer and Copy the pim file on the device of the tp1, save it to your storage card, now every time you lose contacts or anything, you just copy that pim you have saved in Storage card, then rename the PIM in Device to PimTemp or something of that nature, now put that copy from the storage card in the device so now ya got a pim and a pimtemp. soft reset, now your Device will read the PIM you copied from storage card and all the contacts from the original PIM are now there. Now just delete the PIMTEMP and your good to go.. Like I said. I have a copy of my desired contacs on my storage card, anytime I have to hard reset or anything, I just use this methoed.

Re: Caller ID issues
No problems with my caller I.D. I used PPCPimBackup to transfer my contacts over.

Re: Caller ID issues
Having the same caller ID issue. Contacts were synced over from Outlook 2002. Some names show up, and some don't. Even if I save the same number with and without the "1" in front, still the same issue. I have the same problem with text messages. Sometimes the name shows, and sometimes it doesn't. Not sure what the difference is between contacts that work and ones that don't.

Re: Caller ID issues
Not an issue on my TP2, but it just showed up a couple of days ago on the TP1.
