Disable VZW TP2 Message Sent

Hmm... how'd it screw up the whole top?

Anyway, my roommate and my mom both have a VZW TP2 on the way this week, so when they arrive, I'll take a look.

The whole top bar from the start menu to the right turned completely black.

Sounds like the VZW TP2 is really jacked up, lol. I knew VZW would screw it up somehow, lol. At least it's just software though. We'll figure it out eventually!

Are you doing the clear storage in the settings menu? If so, I'm curious if you have to do *228 afterward. I had to reprogram my phone after doing a hard reset via the volume down/send/end key combo.

Mine I thought just told me to press the send key, then it it dialed *228 and programed it. I didn't hold down the volume down at the same time.

No I meant there are 2 ways to do a hard reset. One of them is with clear storage and the other is by holding down those buttons and waiting for a screen to pop up asking if you want to do a factory reset. Either way it sounds like you have to do a *228 to reprogram based on what you're saying. I'm leary of doing that because I lost my 3G connection somehow and tech support had to reset my password before it would work again. It's working now and I hate to mess it up by doing another reset/reprogramming.

I did the one through the Memory clear storage tab and it showed a black screen with the send button telling me to press it. It then dialed *228 and I chose option 1.

I cleared storage and it is now showing the pop ups. without TF3D enabled. I am installing each of my cabs to see if one of them may be the culprit for the difference.
