Does the pop up still exist if you disable TF3D?

If someone is brave... make a backup of HKLM\Services\NOTIFICATIONMANAGER and then delete the whole key and soft reset... that is what handles the new taskbar notifications... and there's a good chance it might be what you're experiencing.

No it does not Pop up after I undid the other change that made the HTC message pop up. With TF3D disabled= No pop ups.

Confirmed no pop ups after two straight sent sms messages that were received by the recipient.

My SMSNoSentMsg value was set to 1 when I tested with TF3D turned off. I think Tech's is set to 0, correct?

I have not done any of the other mods and I still have the SMS pop up removal cab installed if this helps.

Edit: I can't find the SMS Hack Cab in add remove programs.

I tried it first and still got the HTC message so Then I changed it back to 1 and then No pop ups at all. I also can't find that SMS pop up removal cab in my add remove programs list. I can't recall whether I removed it or not now.

Ok, I'm not going to ask anyone to hard reset (unless they want to). Tuesday, when mine arrives I'll test the TF3D that way it will be fresh and un-altered.

I would say you removed the cab then. Try re-insatlling the cab, and see what happens. Then try to un-install and see what you get.
