Mine got here at 10:30 this morning. The battery is near dead so it's charging now. Gonna go out and get some stuff done, eat and come back and waste the rest of the day playing with it like everyone else here.

Please, can you guys go to Settings -> Personal -> Security and see what it says, please.

Also if it says "This phone is SIM unlocked", does putting an US-based GSM SIM card end up service?

You get a screen that says:
"Please enter the SIM unlock code to disable SIM lock"

Then there is a box to enter the code. Under the box it says:
"Call and data transaction will disconnect and reset after SIM lock disabled successfully."

Sounds locked to me.

i just receive mine. 930am. i have a question ,, my phone has a wiggle on the screen when i flip it up.. does any one else have the wiggle?

Do not let the dead battery slow you down. I activated mine on a dead battery with it charging and set it up from there.

A FedEx van pulled up to my condo building and I damn near broke my leg running down to meet him. He goes through his packages and tells me he doesn't have one for me. As I'm standing there having a panic attack he explains that he's with FedEx HOME delivery not regular FedEx.
