Otherwise you'll probably have to wait for other places to create the templates.

You can use the screen section as is and parts of the back section with a little modification. You can also fill in the hole from the leftover dot where they cut it out.

The extra material on the screen section is supposed to be there and protects the sides. That said, it makes it harder to get a great fit with no bubbles on the edges.
