Re: Sprint TP2 for free!
So this is where I must comment again, I have been a customer for 10 years, and through 10 years of a personal line and another 5 with a business line for my company, I have rolled through the good and the bad, never have I asked for credits, never have I called to be the one to change my plan, it has always been Sprint. I was approched with the option of a free direct swap due to my issues from my local store, and then again by Sprint Account reps.. Now maybe it has to do with the fact like I do not like to throw a fit, or cause a scene, but I am just simply taking aback by the complete lack of customer service I experienced. I acknowledge that the device is an upgrade, and that it does have new features that are better (in some peoples eyes) then the Touch Pro, but if I am going to shell out my hard earned money and also provide recommendations to my employees, I would think Sprint would be willing to price match.
