Re: Voice Command Caller Announcement over BT
I spent over an hour on the phone in a 3 way with Verizon & HTC techs, their solution.... bad phone they're sending a new one out tomorrow. And I'm guessing it will be the same way

Re: Voice Command Caller Anouncement over BT
Until the Hard SPL is worked out and a cooked Rom it most likely will not get fixed any time soon. I can not see it being fixed in the 6.5 Windows unless it is delay by Sprint till around Christmas. Unless HTC drops the Widcomm drivers and put back in MS BT like it should have been. If the is a business phone Like me the MSVC BT is the most and first most function to work on this phone.

Re: Voice Command Caller Anouncement over BT
I must be missing something because it appears to be working for me. I'm using a Plantronics Voyager 510 BT headset and I can do all the MSVoice commands on it.
When the phone rings I hear the ring in the BT earpiece, if I don't answer it the phone will ring also. If I answer the call works it all works as expected. dave |

Re: Voice Command Caller Anouncement over BT
A few times on my BlueAnt Supertooth 3, I actually heard the caller name to come out, though this isn't important to me. What is more important doesn't work - on the TP2, when I press "End", it takes forever. Those in the car have to be silent to avoid being heard on the other end, or I have to use the End key on the phone

Re: Voice Command Caller Anouncement over BT
I was able to use it to call a contact and it repeated the name of the caller. After yelling into it a few times..lol
