Re: MIR becomes instant?
Would be awesome if it was instant and not MIR. I asked about instant rebate and the rep told me it has to be mailed in. Oh well.

Re: MIR becomes instant?
I got an instant rebate rather than mailing it in because I upgraded my phone through the EVP program. My company gets a 15% discount on Sprint services. I called them and they even gave me an additional $30 discount on top of it all because of my company's plan.

Man that's annoying. I hate when they say you can do something but that type of offer doesn't even exist.

Re: MIR becomes instant?
Well, I just ordered it. Be here tomorrow. $200 with the $100 mail in rebate. I'll take that.

Re: MIR becomes instant?
I called every dept. and got refused. Finally, I made one last try to the business dept., because I saw they sold it for $319 with $280 instant savings, and I have a Federal Tax ID for a business. However, she said that was incompatible with my SERO, but offered me $100 credit to renew both my out-of-contract cell and my laptop card line, which had 6 or 7 months to go. The $100 credit felt like it was good enough, and I still get the rebate, so it feels like I'm paying $249. Good enough for me.

Re: MIR becomes instant?
I've been trying to get the instant rebate as well with no luck. Why do companies still do rebates, it's so annoying. If you are going to give me the money back anyway, give it to me now. I really can't afford it other wise. I think they are losing sales this way. Well at least my sale.
