I called every dept. and got refused. Finally, I made one last try to the business dept., because I saw they sold it for $319 with $280 instant savings, and I have a Federal Tax ID for a business. However, she said that was incompatible with my SERO, but offered me $100 credit to renew both my out-of-contract cell and my laptop card line, which had 6 or 7 months to go.
