i am eligible but i get unlimited data for free and 7.50 a month for unlimited txts he wants to upgrade my data for an additional 22.50/mo in 4 months i would have already paid the 100 back plus 194 in the next 22 months i dont think so

From my understanding yes as a free upgrade.
wont make to much of a diff thought if there is already an unlocker and roms though i dont think.

Yes, of course once the HardSPL unlocker comes out before the Sprint releases the update, then you can flash MANY of the custom cooked ROMs that are way better than the stock anyway.

Maybe by then the GSM US-lock is solved too.

ok so being offered 450 - 75 = 375 should i take it? or additional 100 if i add 22.50 more per month = 275

These are network unlock code generators to get rid off the subsidy (network) locks on certain models such as Telus and T-Mobile.

However on the US CDMA models such as Sprint and Verizon(not yet confirmed) it's a different story. It has NO subsidy (network) lock EXCEPT for the US-based GSM carriers.

The unlocker I mentioned are HardSPL unlockers, which allows us to flash other ROMs and Radios in the future. Which is still being worked on and could be proven to solved the US-based GSM locks on CDMA devices.
