would be nice if you could put a att prepay in use sprint most of the time and use the prepay when have no service though cdma

i had a similar thought, or if my parents have family plan through tmobile, just add a line for 9.99. hehehe.

Yeah, i put a Tmobile sim in there, can't find any networks. grrrrr. I went into "preferred networks" and it came up with a list. Perhaps it gets the some sort of data that says its a US tower, and then refuses to recognize it?

If it is Hard-SPL that is causing the US networks not to work on sprint, and If I am not mistaken, Telus does work in US. So maybe the Telus Hard-SPL would work...just a guess

I really hope this gets figured out too. I just purchased a TP2 to arrive today and will be happy with it no matter what, but it would be really nice to be able to get it to roam on a prepaid att card in the areas near my home where Sprint is a no-go. 98% of the time Sprint is fine for me, but there is a county or two west of me that has no sprint service
