They want a new contract.

It can very well be legitimate, I remember when the treo 700WX first came out, I got it for free through some company by adding another line to my account

It may be. I would google the web site name first and see what comes up.

Then you would be getting 2 new phones on a family plan. I doubt you can upgrade.

no just a new contract you have to have a certain employee email for it to go thru
