Verizon Telesales now taking orders

Sorry if a bit off topic, but I'm new to Verizon (coming from Alltel). You guys sometimes make it sound like there might be consequences in ordering via telesales vs. online. Am I just reading into this or can it affect the terms on your account? Thanks.

The HTC TP2 has not been pushed like some of these. It is "Available via all channels via Direct Fulfillment Only". These will not be in store for the launch date of Sept 11th.

Yes I believe you can add Saturday shipping online. Personally I can not order online(duh) but I will be calling starting Thursday night 9pm PST to order. If that doesn't work then first thing Friday morning before i go into work for sure.

No stores will have it on Friday. Saturday shipping is like 16 or 17 bucks but you better order early, I.E. midnight EST(9pm PST) on Thursday or at least before 3pmEST on Friday order after that and you'll prob still be waiting till Monday...

if you can do saturday delivery, thatd be cool for you guys... dont hold your breathe though... a TON of us just had to wait the holiday weekend to get out TP2s... Sprint doesnt have saturday delivery...

also, i just ordered a Chicago Bears(gotta rep Cutler and Hester) hat online a few hrs ago... im not sure if i was getting usps,fedex,or ups, it was just 3day ground... but saturday shipping was 30bucks.... and thats for a package under a lb... your carrier is gonna stick a 2lb weight tag no matter what

would u guys really pay an extra 30 for shipping??..... now u can go pick it up on a saturday, you have to call fedex or ups and tell them to put a hold on it though.. i just did this, my phone wasnt in area yet, but my hold still went through and i grabbed it at like 10 or so this morning so i didnt have to wait around all day for the truck

huh? nah i meant it, just verifying what op stated and someone else stated about 99,999$ tp2 meaning wasnt available yet. vzw was just generous to me today regarding pricing and problems with tp on the phone so was in a good mood.
