Sero Plan & TP2 orderers

Some SERO users, including myself, have been able to order this, and I've seen a few early reports that the phone has been activated on a SERO account...

Got mine through Telesales. Took 2 calls but not because of SERO. First person told me to call around Sept 15 to order the phone. 2nd one did offer me to upgrade to a different plan which I politely declined, and he did not try to "upgrade" me again.

From what I hear, you need to activate your phone online if you are on SERO. Mine's arriving today, so will see how that goes.

I have 2 phones on Sero (500 minute plan), one is the Touch Pro, the other the Touch Pro 2. Both are activated on Sero.

For other Sero people, our Sero didn't include navigation, as many TV channels, Nascar or the NFL stuff did it? if I use this stuff will I be billed higher?

hopefully this doesn't turn out like the instinct. they let some people on sero get that too and once they realized it they called those customers and had them change their plan. keep your fingers crossed but it could happen

Mine activated on Sero just fine. I haven't tried Sprint TV, but Navigation is working for me.

I was able to activate TP2 online on SERO no problems- Sapient- let us know if sprint Navigation continues to work after a couple of days- I remember with the TP1 it gave SERO users a ~3-7 day free trial period- after that is was $10/month?

so you are upgrading phones (Tp2) and you arleady have sero correct?

I got that message from the regular sprint.com site when I was upgrading an LG muziq to LG Lotus, and I was like oh snap...I rather keep the SERO.

This is what I did, I went through the sprint.com/sero site, entered the site with email/id found on slickdeals.com SERO page.

Once inside, click view all phones, scroll down to the phone you want to upgrade to, click the upgrade phone/plan link, then another page loads and has tabs that say 'new account' or 'existing account'. I clicked the existing account tab, entered my account number and then entered my pin.

Pressed next and my phone SERO plan was listed along with the LG Lotus and to confirm upgrade. Clicked confirmed and LG LOTUS with same SERO plan .

Gave me instructions to program lotus but that wasn't necessary either because it did all the programming over the air.

Sprint is way better company now !

No problems with activating on SERO account. I just switched my phone through my sprint page. Very easy to do and took less than 4 minutes.

Her in Dallas, TX we have 8.25% Tax not much better.
