I just checked my order it shipped and will be here tomorrow ..In transit by UPS ( Next Day Saver) ..Funny the telesales told me 2-3 shipping ... I placed the order this morning around 12:30 est time... Now the wait for UPS begins....

I ordered mine, since they tried to upsell it to me while I called to get early termination fees and find out which lines are out of contract. Although it seems it's backordered when the cancellations escalation dept placed the order. They said I'm a white glove customer. WTF is that ?

I got mine for:
599.99
-150 instant
-100 mail in rebate
-50 "account services rep"
-75 BuyBack on my touch pro.
=225.
Plus I got overnight shipping. I confirmed it is overnight. So as soon at its not on backorder It'll ship.

Yes. I paid with credit card, and I now have that same amount as a credit to my account. I'm guessing that the next billing cycle will reflect the charge of the phone to even things out. I'm certainly not going to be crazy enough to think I get to carry a several hundred dollar negative balance around.

Premier means you get to order a phone every 12 months on the primary line, if you choose to do so, at full upgrade price.

As for the announcement, I think it is huge. Sprint is adding to everyone's Everything Data Plans a new feature at no additional cost: Unlimited calling to any mobile number, regardless of what carrier that mobile user is on.

Basically, this means that I get to save forty bucks a month because I'm going to disconnect my home phone now. Almost all of my calls can be made to cell phones, and the ones that aren't will fall under my 1500 minutes a month. I think this is a great offering by Sprint.

I ordered mine earlier today. Got it for $200 after the MIR. I just told them that I'm not paying that much for a phone I can get at Verizon for $200 after the MIR and so they had two options. 1. Give me the phone and have me as a customer for 2 more years or 2. I buy it full price and leave in less than a year.

Mine finally arrived. Tried to activate online---no go Chatting now and they say I have to send it back and they will send a new one out! It is really making me rethink my resigning with sprint.

you too huh? It has been over an hour chatting with Sprint and still no resolution. Mine works, but is on a # with a Dallas TX area code and I am in IN. They told me first they had to send it back, then told me I could swap it out at the store-had them call store and of course not in stock until next month(WTF-why launch a phone, but not send it to stores?), and now they are on the phone with acct services trying to see if they can get mine to work or if they will have to overnight another one to me.

I am getting pissed. I may just go to ATT tonight and get an Iphone or call Verizon when they have this phone. I do love the cost value, but this kind of BS is getting old.

Just spoke with a friend of mine that is a Sprint Tech and he said it is likely a big corp. that activated 100 phones and inputted a serial number off by one digit. Due to fraud prevention it takes a min of 48 hours to correct. I am pushing for them to fed ex me a phone for tomorrow am delivery instead or some how fix now. Not a happy camper
