I did call 2 more times--was denied again then finally got the order thru with no hassle. They are definitely misleading customers on this, telling them it can't be done.

The thing with delivery is that it does not deliver on labor day. So it won't come monday. What is pissing me off though is what UPS did >.>

yea she said "government tax".. i freaked and told her to cancel.. i never heard it called "government tax" even though it is.. yeah so im on the phone again..

Just ordered mine with success using the sero number (sero $30 plan)

Initially I got a lady that was adamant in switching to the $59.99 plan and when I refused and said that I would have to reconsider my order she still attempted to sell me accessories and etc (I have no clue what I would do with accessories if I didn't even want the phone)
Her reasoning for needing to switch plans was that my plan only has "basic data" and that I would need a plan with "unlimited data" I attempted to argue that t he SERO plan has unlimited data in the sense that I can use as much as I want without success....

10 Minutes later I called again and got a lady with an accent that pretty much guaranteed I would not have to switch plans and informed me that I could use the activation website to activate my phone when I receive it.

Both seemed to fake interest in my purchase, repeating identical information on the specs of the phone and how great it is.

Hopefully it doesn't take too long to get here (running out of patience with my Mogul)

She told me there were no other shipping options other than the standard $12 something

Got my Sprint TP2 today:
- Ordered 9/2 @ after 9PM PST via EVPdiscount.com
- They shipped it 9/3 (paid $12 for next day air)
- Arrived 9/4 @ 1:35 PST

The stats above are for people wondering how long it takes...

i just hope noone is holding there breaths for a saturday delivery... ups and fedex have saturday deliveries, but sprint wouldve had to check that option and its extra.. so i doubt sprint did that for us...

i have enough to do this weekend anyways, but yeah, it still wouldve been nice to have it

i agree...ive had plenty of things from them have to wait till monday...well tuesday in this case, but yeah...

i just said it cuz a few posts back someone said they hope it comes tomorrow is all... i know better lol

of course not... why would it be... 6.5 isnt till october 6th for official...who knows if theyll release the upgraded ROM on htc that day though
