If you're talking about today as in Saturday, no one will receive a shipment from UPS today from sprint.

sprint told me today they don't use UPS on Saturdays or Sundays, I understand Sunday but they told me I would have it today when I ordered it (and 3 other times) and now they decide to tell me I will not have it till Wednesday. Sprint doesnt even have the ability keep their own stories strait.

Not sure if this has already been discussed, but if the "Direct Ship" date was 09/08/09 and ppl have clearly ordered and some have received the phone 4 days in advance; does this mean that the 8th is the date the phone will hit the stores? Or am I misunderstanding the phrase direct ship to mean somethin other than the obvious? lol

you are correct should be for sale in stores on the 8th.
