That is a network issue. If you call tech support they should be able to walk you through it.
On my TP You would go to start, settings, system, update profile. That would fix it. You should still have the option on the new phone. Unless sething seriously changed. Sooo... Tell us how you like the phone! |

Okay then you should receive an Over-the-Air provisioning/programming shortly after the swap. If you have not, call them or do the "Update Profile" as Table83 mentioned.
