This horse has beaten well past its death. I will be surprised if anyone answers you anymore. Sometimes you just got to know when to let it go.

Dude.. wtf.. The tp2 is 10x btter than the tp1.. give up already.. Im not one to complain but everywhere i turn i see you bashing the pro 2.. sheesh... Im sure most people on here didnt buy there pro 2 to play video games on it.. otherwise they would have gotten the "other" phone.. I watched a few movies on my phone already and it runs perfectly fine. and the movie was almost a gig in size.. drivers or no drivers the phone runs excellent..

Re: HTC PRO 2 Proper 2d/3d Drivers

I can FINALLY get rid of my playstation3!!!

Haha... I tried some of the WM games though and I Must say, I think they are great for what it is. Need for speed undercover is a good example. Sure its not "iphone quality"... but all the people I work with that have iphone's for "business use" complain more than I do about their phone!

Re: HTC PRO 2 Proper 2d/3d Drivers

I personally feel that the performance difference between the two are light years apart and this is comparing a tp2 with a stock rom versus a tp1 with any custom rom of your choice.

Interesting. Muffinman.... when you browsearoung the phone does it feel identical to the Pro1? Also can anyone comfirm if the ram is actually lower than 288? SOme ppl have said its at 256 but its a OS problem and it should read 288.

Everything about this phone is so much more responsive, whatever you can think of, the tp2 just does it faster than the tp1. As far as ram, its exactly the same but I think its just allocated differently compared to the tp1.

Re: HTC PRO 2 Proper 2d/3d Drivers

My Verizon TP2 feels snappy, no issues with it. I installed a 3rd-party driver to accelerate video some but that's it.
