the diamond2 has 3.2, the tp2 and the whitestone have 3.6

the axim has a much smaller screen compared to the omnia 2, it would be much easier to type on the omnia 2, plus with all the onscreen keyboards to choose from, its really easy to get used to it!

The AXIM X50V is 3.5, i paid $60 for it. I wish they could make a phone version of it. The processor is quick and it has some kinda 3d accelerator a "2700G"

oh wow, i cant believe how advanced that device was for its time, our tp's and diamonds dont have anything on the AXIM, cept ram. If you like playing games and watching vids, HTC devices arent good at it. As you probably know. Especially games that are worth playing quake3 doom etc.

Yeah its too bad, but it is a phone. Its been progressing over the years. At first it was just really cool to have a mini operating system built into a phone regardless of its capabilitys. Then the next iteration we could do a few more things maybe watch some small low quality videos at a decent rate then we started getting a little more power and bit better lcd. Hopefully within the next few generations we'll have something nearly on par with the Net Laptops we see nowadays. The TP2 reminds me of a mini-mini-mini netbook.

Verizon's new every two discount is also $50 now insted of $100 if u spend over a certian amount a month on your plan, something like $70. Its even less, $30 if u dont spend that amount for at least 3 months prior to ur phone purchase. It's major crap.

I've been considering the Omnia over the TP2, however, I must have a keyboard. I'm wondering if there will be an Omnia Pro 2. I'll definitely get that over the TP2. I read reviews over at pocketnow.com after watching all their videos on YouTube. Their review of the Omnia 2 is impressive. http://pocketnow.com/review/samsung-omnia-ii-i8000

this is kinda off topic but i can run Quake Mobile and a few FPS mobile games on my Dell AXIM X50V a 4yr old Dell PDA (3.5" lcd, 640x480, 624mhz Xscale cpu, G2700G 3d Accelerator w/ 16mb ram)

Problem is no keyboard so key mapping is hard. If the Tp2 is at least as fast as the A50V i will be really happy. And maybe some kinda way to use a Mouse look function... i know theirs no hardware direction pad but something like it...

Also i would LOVE to be able to run Half Life, i know its a big kinda out there request not really dependent on HTC. i dont even know if theirs a pocket pc version of Half Life. Their are portable versions of all Half Life 1 based games.

I got one question. What set date are you talking about. Is it the 15th? If that's the date you date talking about then that is not a set date yet. There is nothing that says that it going to come out that day.
