Please do so. Ppl are refusing to accept that its very identical to Pro1. Pay close attention to how file explorer still has the jerky scrolling and also how the video camera comes to a crawl going from light to dim.

Re: How is the TP2 faster that the TP?

I went into a telus store the other day and it didn't seem any faster then my Diamond1 with energyrom.

And I was the very first one to use that unit, they opened the box in front of me <3

In the end I decided not to get it, I would have if it had a 5mpix cam+flash, or a better/much faster processor, or it was a bit smaller.

Exactly! HONESTLY IT SHOULD be named Pro .5 Being that its not even a leap forward in hardware specs. They took away 32megs ram, flash led light, dpad, modern cripple cpu, So in paper its a step backwards, thats why i said its Pro .5

They didn't take away any RAM, it's been described as a mis-print, and/or a different way of figuring it, because 32 meg is dedicated to something (video, I think) in both units. There is no decrease

Where di you read this? When I checked the system manager on the ppc it said 256. Unless its the same case as VZN Pro ram issue.

It's an error in how the firmware reads the available RAM, an update from HTC fixed it in the European versions so I would assume the final firmware would have the fix, or an update would.

I can understand wanting the flash, but more megapixels don't really help a "camera" with crap optics

Re: How is the TP2 faster that the TP?

To me it seems like the Pro 2 is actually the Pro 1 with a bigger screen and a optimized TF3d. And ofcourse the bugs fixed like the overheating problem and dying KB.Am i some what correct?

Re: How is the TP2 faster that the TP?

that seems about right, hopefully the increased power is more then enough to make up for the much higher res. I have a laptop with a 9600GT and 1440x??? lcd and a desktop with a 9800GTX and 1680x1050 lcd and they run games somewhat close to the same speed because of the increased res on the desktop.
