I agree 100% on these two (I hate Mobile Shell however)

When I swapped to Juicy's awesome ROM, I could never get VolDPad to work. Luckily, you can do all the same functions with the RhodiumKB driver, it's just a little harder to set up.

My Must-Haves
* SPB Mobile Shell 3.5 - Best touch screen interface I've seen
* GForce Profile - Quickly and/or automatically switch phone setting and start/end apps
* PIMBackup - Stop loosing your text messages when you upgrad firmware or get a new phone
* GWatch - great free stop watch
* RegEditCE - Very clean registry editor
* VolDPad - Turns volume controls into a DPad control (a must if coming from a Touch Pro)
* Slingplayer Mobile - Watch your home Slingbox(s) on your phone

Oh, Great thread by the way!
You got a link for the GWatch? I can't find it

Re: The Touch Pro2 "Must Have" Application List...

I see in so many threads that folks ask how to get cab files over to their phones, and my favorite way is never mentioned: After saving a cab to my Download directory, I just email it as an attachment to myself, with what the attached cab is for as the subject line, like "Shake n Save Cab" (great program, when you need to do screen captures such as for posting here, just start it up, and every time you shake it up and down it saves the screen). Then when the email comes to my phone, I save the attachment to Storage\Program Files

You know I never even thought of that. I usually just take my sd card out and stick it in my CPU then copy reinsert and install. Brilliant idea, it will save me alot of time.

I haven't seen this asked, so I hope I'm not missing the obvious. For Total Commander, is there a way for it to flip to landscape mode? That would make it much easier to work with.

thanks

it should switch to landscape when the keyboard is taken out..at least mine does

or you can look for changescreen or gyrator, both programs which will flip your screen to landscape when the phone is turned sideways.
