but I'll go with september 15 soft launch...price maybe more expensive I wonder if I can get it cheaper...

Definitely. I started a thread a month or so ago (it goved moved into this forum). I talked with a Verizon CSR about a replacement TP. she was fairly new, and I asked her about the TP2 release. She said she hadn;t heard anything about it, so she looked it up while I waited on the phone. She told me mid-september. And that was a month ago. So I'm putting money on the 15th.

Yes I am a n00b, newb, or newbie, however you would like to say it.

I was in a retail store, talking to a person that i know, and district manager told me he had a talk with Verizon CEO, and that Sept 15 was the soft date for this to be released, said it would line up good with the rest of the lineup launch and everything, said they were very happy to to have this device has well.

So that is all that i know.

ok i know that the touch pro 2 is on order. but what makes people think that it is going to released on the 15? i know the rebate page for verizon ends on the 8th. im just not getting where people are getting these dates from? i just dont want to get my hopes up on a date.
i really want this phone but this is getting a bit to much. checking every hours or so, to see if any new info is out there. lol i dont know.
