Still interesting to me that even in these shots, it says "3G" rather than "Ev". Just that I've never seen "3G" on a Verizon device.

I think since it's a world phone the 3G makes more sense. If you were overseas, you wouldn't see EV and it doesn't really make sense to code for having an EV appear stateside and a 3G to appear elsewhere.

Argh. After looking at the newer pics I'm reminded this phone not only lacks Florida, but a 'Flash' LED for the camera too. I kept looking at previous shots and seeing the Mute button as a flash. That sucks, hTorch has been that crucial flashlight on oh-so many occasions...

I also don't like the loss of the flash but there are other programs that turn the whole screen bright white which also works in a pinch.
