You're goind to need a registry editor, like PHM Registry Editor, and then drill down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Drivers/BuiltIn/GSensor. Edit the Dll=Gsensor.dll key and change it to something else e.g. Gsensor.dll.old. You'll probably need to soft reset afterwards.

To disable in Opera though, search this specific post here.
