I need some assistance installing a cab to change my slider in TF3D from the stock Sprint slider to the T-Mobile sliders. I like the white shaded icons instead of the ugly orange-filled one's, Sprint uses.

But whatever i'm doing, its not correct because the sliders remain the same. I usually disable TF3D first ... then install the cab file ... perform a soft reset ... when the phone turns back on I re-enable TF3D ... and nothing! Is there some other file I need to delete first in order for the new slider cab to work or am I doing something else wrong?
Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to turn this into tech support but i'm not sure if this is a tech issue. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum.
