Sprite backup stops working

Recently my Sprite backup 6.5 app stopped working on my TP2... It would not properly start the backup after the auto soft reset. I figure it must be some app that I installed or some registry setting, etc.

Anyways I did discover that the older Sprite 6.1 does work. Any ideas how to get 6.5 working again?
