relocker SPL question

i am trying to relock my TP2 so i can send it back to VZW. the replacement i received has an SPL labeled SPL-0.70.0000, while the relocker i used on my old TP2 has a label SPL-0.63.0000. is this going to pose a problem when i send it back?
