So what might have happened is that the first person to have it unlocked it, then relocked it and gave it back to sprint or sold it to you.

Thats why you have to email them I guess...
I read somewher that a device that gets relocked gets blacklisted from the program

So spam the hell out of them and keep emailing them I guess lol

bro i bought the phone from sprint BRAND NEW!!! and i been emailing them a year ago nobody there

this drive me crazy maaaaaaan!!!!

Ive read some accounts of sprint selling used phones....

So the senero could still have played out.

try downloading the official update from htc.

Run it (you dont have to be unlocked for this)

after it finishes, let it sit for like 10 minutes and turn it off and try again.

i did that man and dosnt work!!!!!!!!

didnt read entire post , my apoligies .

However , i had the same problems as you . what i then did was start from scratch . i hard reset the phone , went to olipro's website to get the LATEST unlocker as mine wasnt working . followed directions to a T . and held my phone so the USB would make perfect contact . i know my USB connection did work the greatest . maybe you have similiar problems ?

as well as virus being turned off , make sure firewall is off as well.

thats not the issue, he can get to the last step and it freezes and stops the unlocking.

If the anti virus was the issue, the unlocker would not open.

then it just seems like a hardware issue . personally i feel as if the usb connection isnt making a complete connection . in the two TP2's i recieved from asurion , BOTH usb ports were shit . they dont even charge the battery sometimes .
