UNLOCKING THE SPRINT HTC PRO 2

man i keep geting this massage when i use the auto flash that i have been unlock another devices this the whole problem!!!!??? maybe i need to program to be unlocked now OMG!!

how i could know??? and the problem bro that the program keep say i have unlock other phones and contact us and i did send them email month ago and nobody respon so i think its the program problem man!!!

ok..

first, download a new copy of the hard spl.

then on your phone, hit call,
then dial ##786#
then look on the the list for "Refubishment Status"
its will either say yes or no
make sure to exit out of the page, turn your phone off if you have to. you can fk up your phone if you mess with any of the setting on that page

if yes.. then

-remove your sim and mico card and run the new copy of the hard spl
if that didnt work, then try

-establishing active sync and while in active sync, restart your computer
-Perform a hard reset on your phone (settings\system\clear storage and type in 1234)
-when you phone reboots to the screen alighnment page, try the unlock again

bro its says NO the phone brand new....so what to do know...!!!!! man thank you for everything....is there something else to do??

the only other thing I saw was to try a new cable. Other then that I dont really know.

Go to the thread for the hard spl and read throgh it and see if it can give you any more information.

I read though specificly for the people with refurbashed phones.. so I didnt pay attension to other issues.

Although I did see something about being able to unlock from the sd card. Altough I dont know how, but there seems to be a way. Maybe thats what you have to do

All else fails, you can take it to some cell phone store and pay someone to do it for you lol.

I just bought another tp2.. and it unlocked without a problem..

man..i did do the steps u told me before on another computer new download format the phone fresh everything reinstall the active sync and when i do the auto flash its right the way say is the program non-comerichal using and i already unlock another phone!!!!! just that msg keep showing and manual flash just freezz on 0%!!!!!!!!! this the whole thing bro...

True it might be your first device, but you might not be its first owner.

Even though its not refurbished, you might have already boughten it used..

I never asked if you bought it second hand or from sprint..

So what might have happened is that the first person to have it unlocked it, then relocked it and gave it back to sprint or sold it to you.

Thats why you have to email them I guess...
I read somewher that a device that gets relocked gets blacklisted from the program

So spam the hell out of them and keep emailing them I guess lol
