CDMA / GSM

So i was looking at my phone the other day and i know that my phone is cdma, i do have a sim slot in the back under the battery. Then i started looking through the config and found that SIM is saying it is unlocked.

Soo the question is...do u think i can put in a sim card and use this as a gsm device too?

u can if u were to goto a foreign country that only has GSM service and u can use the phone there. it will not work on US GSM networks unless u purchase the SIM unlocker here. its not worth doing so in my opinion because u will not get any 3G connectivity by doing so. u posted this in the wrong section of the forum by the way.
