htc touch pro 2(verizon) bricked

i was trying to upgrade my htc touch pro 2(verizon) and during upgrade my set offed its showing no sign of life any one help me out

i was running Raphael_VZW_HSPL_035 on my htc pro 2 verizon and just when it was about to complete cell phone gave the warning that its and unauthorized software want to allow i clicked yes and my phone offed and now nothing happening no charge nothing on computer and not stating at all

Did the take out the battery trick work for you, or do you still have the BSoD? Sorry for your troubles. Sometimes the learning curve is a steep one!

i had loaded touch pro rom instead of touch pro 2 on my htc touch pro 2 now set is not working is there any way to install touch pro 2 rom again?

Sure! Once your device is unlocked, you are free to install any TP2 Rom that you would like on there. The section here at PPCGeeks where you will find these TP2 Rom's can be found here.

u can also task29 then reflash a tp2 rom of ur choice

Did you remove the battery and wait 5-10 min like others have said ? Does the phone turn on (even if it does nothing, does the screen light up or anything when you turn it on )?

If the phone turns on (with out doing anything) have you tried to enter bootloader mode ? (Remove battery for 5 seconds, put back into the phone, do not turn on, hit Volume down and end call at the same time, the phone should turn on with a rainbow colored screen).

If you get the rainbow covered screen, I would download and install an offical rom (assuming a Verizon Touch Pro 2)..

These are the offical HTC/Verizon roms, download the newest one and install it, if you get your phone up and running then follow up with unlocking and custom roms if you want (just make sure you use one for a CDMA/Verizon TP2)

I didn't know you could "brick" a Touch Pro 2...after about 100 flashes of mine, it still is bullet proof..
