Time for a replacement? (Again)

hey guys ! thanks all for your replies ! now that i think about it , it only happens when im at school in reading .. and when i say 4g service , no the tp2 doesnt get 4g lol im just saying the sprint signal is as full as it could possibly be . lol . thanks everyone ! i was hoping i wouldnt have to go back , however , this rainbowish square thing is irritating . is that covered by warrenty ? and it does happen after hard resets , but only in reading lol .

I mean like what exact 3G speeds are u getting? last night I was finally able to watch Netflix on my arrive without interruptions. my speed was 906 and that's saying something since the signal in my room is always toggling between 2 and 3 bars and -84 to -93db

Eric, I'm getting between 1500-1600 down and 600 up on 3G in Minneapolis.

hmm seems that the repairs and upgrades in my area still have ways to go then cuz im seeing about half of those now. but as long as im able to watch Netflix,dailymotion and YouTube with minor or no interruptions than I should be fine. one huge shortcoming of 3G regardless of speed is texting significantly disrupts it.

If your talking in terms of KB/s ... HOLY @#HJLH#J$H%#$#@%$# thats freaking fast .. i maybe somedays if im lucky get up to 100 kB/s ..

Yes that sucks with the texts .. i usually force EvDO only to kill the texts from coming in .

watch those abbreviations. internet speeds are measured in bits as opposed to bytes so the abbreviation is kb/s as opposed to KB/s speeds of 100KB/s are quite fast as opposed to 100kb/s there's like 1000bits in a byte I think so roughly 1mb/s is equivalent to 100KB/s

and yea I haven't found a way to do that in wp7 yet. I just recently discovered how to get to field trial which is what I used to always check on my tp2.
