Have you tried restarting your computer, then syncing? or... if you have a card reader, you can put the .nbh file on the sd card and flash from there. Instructions HERE

You didn't brick anything. You can only brick your phone by flashing a GSM radio (or maybe also CDMA radio from another device) to it or using the GSM unlocker on it. All you have to do it:

1) Pull the battery out if phone is on
2) Put battery back in and unplug usb cable
3) Hold down volume down button
4) While holding vol down press + hold the power button
5) Get to booloader (tri-color screen)
6) Connect usb cable
7) Watch at bottom for it to change from serial to usb
8 ) Flash a new ROM. The RUU will work just fine in bootloader without an activesync connection.

Good luck. In the future, if you press vol down and power button as soon as task29 gets to 100%, the phone will reboot into bootloader saving you from having to pull the battery.

If the file they linked above doesn't work, go to ziggy471.com and look at the downloads section for Task29.

The file they linked in above wouldn't run on my machine correctly, so I grabbed this one from ziggy's site and it worked flawlessly.
