TF3D Weather issues!

Recently my weather tf3d tab has been on the blitz, I have it set to my location, so it updates to where ever i go. recently it wont show me any weather just shows a pictures of the sun or clouds if its cloudy, and under it, it says IDS_STATE_0 i havent edited any of the weather codes, i have noticed though if i pick a city out of the weather list it works just fine, but when its set to "my location" it displays that code, just started doing this over the weekend, i reinstalled the xda android start up utility, i didnt know if that had anything to do with it so i uninstalled it and am still having the same issue!
