Does anybody know how to install CHT to htc tp2 - Page 2

eric simply posts to increase his post count. That's fine with me, I just ignore it.

OP, I found that CHT, while great, loads my tp2 down a bit, so after all my flashing, etc, I wound up with a stock 6.5, and iphonetoday
iPhoneToday v1.5.2 (Apr 15, 2010) - xda-developers
which does not use sense. I also use Marsware WeatherPanel in mini mode.

both are free and makes for a very zippy tp2.

Well then I don't know what to tell you guys! Maybe its the custom rom you flashed to or something because like I said b4 I've never had any problems with programs closing on me. I'm running stock rom with tons of apps and mods installed and never had any problems multi-tasking. I highly doubt I'm the only one running cht that can multitask!! Can I ask you guys something..When you say multi-tasking how many programs do you guys want to run at once? I mean hell, I can have any number of apps open at the same time..sure it'll slow things down alil but still works and runs. You can stop telling me who's right and wrong.. Everyone has their personal preference on whether to use sense/cht or any other mod for that matter. And everyone's experience with it is different because they're are so many mods and different ways to everything up. Your experience didn't go so well hence the negative opinion.

Amen..I'm glad someone else see's it and said something!! I ignore posts like that(in before the close/move) all the time too but when I seen him telling something thats not true, I said I've had enough! And all for what to plug a month old thread he copied from xda this week but wants credit for.

posts to increase post count? are you listening to yourself, do you not notice how much my rep has increased over the last 2 months or no? it certainly is 10 times higher than yours, so i pretty much know what the hell i am talking about.

hahahaha OMG thats gotta be one of the funniest thing I've seen posted on here in a while!! Can you tell me what your rep points have anything to do with any of this?? You have and do post just to increase.. Want me to find a few of them and point them out for ya? I'm not sure who you think you are or who you've become in the last 2 months but rep points don't mean shit in the real world buddy. And certainly doesn't mean you know 10 times as much lol and if you believe it does, take it from me(5 times more than you) it doens't!! If you really want to get technical you can see that "Kris443's" post count to rep points is very similar to yours..

your attitude doesnt mean shit in the real world. All i did was help the person out and you started harping on me. i do not post just to increase, if that was true i wouldve stopped as soon as i passed 1000 so dont be ridiculous. and when its said that one posts just to increase it usually means that person feels as if the posts make no sense, and since alot of my posts have been thanked it means that it helped that person(s) out with a problem. talking about rep points arent you the one who has that "please hit thanks "thing in your sig.

I unlike you have put in and shared my countless hours of work with everyone here. I have people requesting my stuff all the time and not just for the tp2. So I guess I shouldn't get recognition or be shown thanks my time and work. I'd like to know where it says "please thank me". I've started plenty of threads with my own works..where are yours? You copied that thread from xda and are asking for thanks on it as if you put in the time and work creating it. Thats the difference I actually do some work around here and have never asked for thanks especially if its not my work!!

the information i gave him is NOT incorrect, if it was then the person who originally created that guide on XDA would not have said "to avoid using sense mods". all i did was warn him of the possible side effects of installing such a mod, i didnt tell him not to install it. everyone has a right to know the side effects to certain things.

and i do have my own thread which explains how to preserve YouTube bookmarks and history across rom flashes search and ull find it.

Eric, i'm really not trying to argue with ya so I'm sorry if thats that way it came across. I just don't want any other members/noobs to read your post and say well if this guy, that knows more than I do, said this then whats the point in trying it. See what I mean?
Those side effects are different from user to user when it comes to Cht because it's so complex and requires the users to personally set it up. So i guess the info you gave isn't wrong in one way, its just your opinion! Same goes for the xda member you got the info from..its his opinion when he suggests "to avoid sense mods". But it's wrong in saying that one can't multitask with cht because I can with no problems..
