Could it be because the tp2 was the last phone they allowed to be activated on the regular sero...and sprint is sticking with that decision?

FWIW, a supervisor in Business Accounts told me any smartphone activation on a legacy SERO plan would not incur the smartphone fee. I tested this statement by activating a TP2 on a legacy SERO. The rep at the store scanned the phone's barcode, and this activated the phone. Not sure if activating online or via phone would be any different, but I doubt it. |
