sending limits?

Im having so many problems with this mms. heres what it is

with the rite settings on cdma servers settings i can send mms sms....recieve sms and not mms... cant send vids or recieve becuase the limits 2 high

with boost mms fix installed i can recieve mms

heres the problem i installed a cab 2 increase sending limits but with boost mms fix installed, it wont let me change the sending limits on the cdma server setting, wtf do i have to do 2 be able 2 send recieve text pics and vids?

i read up on some reg edits 2 increase limits and theyr not working
