Can not writeto EPST after perform a epst factory restore ( ##786# )

The phone was Hardspl unlocked and Sim unlocked, phone has stock 6.5 sprint rom.


Any help will be appreciated...

Did "default all epst to factory, ##786#", title had typo

-cannot write to the EPST of this Sprint CDMA TP2

- Phone was both SIM and SPL unlocked.

- Now flashed to stock rom, and ran the Rhodium W HardSPL again.
