I installed all 3 of the cabs. I am not positive what these are supposed to do for the situation.
Anyhow, I did ##3282#, then restore.
I still have the same problem
Cannot write to EPST
"Sending LPM Command failed. Press ok to reset the device"

Anybody know what this might be happening.
After complete hard reset using ##776#, does the phone get locked.
I had just flashed to stock rom, before doing ##776#
my MSL is correct, but from what I can guess, I lost write access to "EPST", whatever that meens o.O
