Well I kind of do care about RAM and multitasking. When I do check the memory usage on my TP2, I always see it using about 80%. ISn't that a lot? That's with all programs closed. When I say I do care about multitasking, I mean I like to have google maps open and at the same time be able to go through emails smoothly, be able to txt, and maybe some other stuff too.

Sleep of Death. It happens when your phone screen is off and you try to wake it up, but it never comes back and you have to soft reset to get it working again.

80% is a tad much IMO. I have had my phone running around 40-55% at idle, but the more apps you run the more it will go up. So I guess what I'm trying to say is 80% is fine as long as that 80% is the apps u want to be running.

OH!!! So that's why it's called! I was always getting that! I did figure out that if I receive an incoming call it would wake the phone up. I would call myself from a land line. It's faster than trying to rest it. That took forever. Sometimes I had to do it a few times because it would freeze while trying to reboot.

Now where do I get ROM 6.1? I check my TP2 and I have 6.5. Link please? Searched "61. ROM" came back with nothing. After I flash to 6.1, then what do I do? Install clean up cabs?
Which cleanup cab? God...just tell me what to do already. LOL THanks guys!

yea you'll reach 80% alot for no reason if you're running that stock 6.5 without both the cleanup and tweaks cabs found in the cleanup thread. i suggest you download those cabs or try a 6.1 rom or a 219xx 6.5 rom such as lead rom, or vins neodium. if you like multitasking and stability. ive never gotten higher than 68% for no reason on those roms.

the stock sprint 6.1 rom can be found in the stock rom collection thread in the upgrade section of this forum. u can also try the sprint basics 6.1 rom which is also on the 1st page of the upgrade section as is lead rom also and the cleanup cab is only for the stock 6.5. theres a tweaks cab for 6.1 in the cleanup thread too.

Okay downloaded Nov.26.Neodium.rar. My Win7 PC can run it or oprn ".nbh" files. Just when I though I understood this stuff! Haha

according to vin255764, I need to "Enter bootloader and run RUU"

What's a bootloader and RUU? Where can I get it?

lead rom isn't bad its really close to stock

If you want the quickest ROM with alot of free RAM and easy multitasking try Bare Naked ROM, its a little old and discontinued but I still use it as my main ROM as there is nothing that even comes close to that speed and ease of customizability, simply install what you want from the visual enhancements (bigger menus, youtube, HTC Sense UI even) and leave out what you dont need leading to a super fast stable ROM. It almost makes windows mobile seem fast. Things happen almost instantly if you keep it clean like I do and use SPB mobile shell (although im sure sense would be just as fast). Try it out and look at the last page for the download as the original developers download links are dead.
